I bought a 55' Hisense Smart TV in July 2013 from Hi-Fi Corporation Centurion. The TV stopped working and when i reported the problem to Hi-Fi Corporation Centurion Mall, they told me that a Hisense Technician will contact me on Monday the 3rd of February. It is Wednesday, the 5th of February and still no one has phoned me. Furthermore, after numerous calls to the branch, the managers called Windy, Lucas, Godfrey and Rufus all told me that they will attend to the call before 16h00 today but no one called me.
This is pathetic to say the least, i really hope someone form Hisense will attend to this issue as Hi-Fi Corporation is damaging the company's image.
