I bought a HTC ONE X from CaCell on thursday the 8th of Feb. Received the phone on Friday the 9th Of Feb. Was very happy with the very quick delivery but could not use the phone as I first had to swop my normal sim for a microSIM.Went to a vodashop on saturday and did the sim swop. I was asured I could use the new sim within 24hours. After the 24 hours I could not connect to my carrier using my new HTC ONE X.I phoned vodacom and was assured the sim was activated. I then realised that the new phone was faulty. I phone CaCell and after being quite a rude and impatient client I was helped by the very pollite and friendly and helpfull staff at CaCell. They sent me a new working replacement phone on 12 Feb (today) and collected the faulty phone. The service was realy very good and fast. Sorry for being such a pain in the. Thanks for the great service guys, will def buy from you again in the future! And thanks for my new HTC ONE X!
