I went away on holiday for a week, and booked my cats into the Scratching Post under the care of Gail Lubbe. right from the start, Gail was incredible- she replied to all my mails, answered all of my questions, allowed me to view the premises beforehand. My cats are fussy and i was concerned that they would not eat the food she provided- but Gail told me that if that was the case, she would go out and purchase the food that they're used to. She allowed us to drop of the cats early- 6h30am, as we had an early flight and to pick them up after hours when we returned. This was the 1st time we left our cats in a cat hotel, and i texted Gail everyday to check on them. Gail replied to every message and sent pictures of them daily. I recommend the Scratching Post to anyone that loves their cats and needs piece of mind when they are away. Thank you Gail!!
