Onair consultant phones me and told me that I could upgrade to the new explrare, I told her that I could not aforred to pay 2 payments, she then told me that I would not be paying 2 payments as it was an upgrade and the 1st contract would be cancelled, I asked her again are u sure and she replied yes she is sure, next payment they took 2 payments, the 3 cos she also unknowingly added the wifi to my contract. Onair offers to cancel the 2nd contract witch is not satisfactory to me as I already took out insurance on the decoder, and I have already lost money on paying on both decoders, why should I be punished for them lying to me
