Photo 1and2 shows the small crack and condition the unit was in when handed in t be sent to repair center.
Pictures 3, 4 and 5 is how I received it when I opened the box inside the store before leaving it. Only to find out that even more damage was done to the unit and the Store Manager telling me that it's customer negligence and I gave it to them in that condition.
I was told they can't fix it and I should take my item and go, they will not refund or replace my item.
How do you brake something that you need to repair and want to say that it's customer negligence.
Further more, the Store Manager tried to grab my phone from me while I was taking pictures of unit together with a video I made.
