Terrible service and oven is still not working after 8 times

Bergen's Rivonia has been to my house 8 times and my oven still doesn't work. the last time they didn't even open it and just accused me of leaving my oven on and that is why my oven control buttons get extremely hot after the oven is switched off.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND BERGENS
