I bought a new pizza oven last year by Africa equipment. The first pizzas that comes out of the oven is very nice until it must control the heat of the oven. The moment the bottom elements are going off the top element are getting hotter and burn the pizzas on top and the base at the bottom of the pizzas are not cooked.
I spoke to them and they replaced the previous oven. The new one does exactly the same. I contact somebody that has very good knowledge of ovens. He checked and said to me their is not a fan inside the oven to spread the heat through the whole oven. He said it will never work right until that is not fixed. I asked him if he could do this then he was afraid it is not going to work properly still and then the guy that I bought the oven by will put the blame on him. Jimmy send me a message that I can not bake different bases at once. i must either bake thin or thick. The problem is not the bases it is the fan. I talked to the sales man several times because the owner is never at the shop. I want my money back because I can not deliver a good service to my customers with that oven. Pleas help me
