I received my s4 with a new LCD replaced, back within 35 min, repair was completed while I waited in the reception area. This is not the 1st time that I have received great service, my TV was at this business for repairs in September 2013 due to lightening strike, I was quoted on the spot, which I excepted and the repair was completed that very same day The staff and management work under extreme pressure as some of the clients manors were not only rude and degrading they are not acceptable. Samsung should be proud of this business as all your employees go out of their way to make clients happy.
