I have had the pleasure to deal with DARRO ELECTRONICS on several occasions as I own a large sales company on the East Rand as a result own around 25 Samsung Tablets which my sales team use to send cutomer orders through to me for processing. Caroline Jones together with her team has helped me and my staff members several times over the past 2 years, We have faced main curcuit board failure to cracked LCD replacement, the repair process is always swift fast and very professional usually completed within one hour. Caroline has gone the extra mile on numerous occassions providing my sales reps access to internet while they wait for repairs to be completed. In an industry where moaning and groaning is normal and clients take you for granted I just want to say thank you Caroline, you have a great business I will continue to buy Samsung products in the future due to support offered by DARRO which is appriciated.
