My Samsung Note 2 had crashed with all my contacts important photos and most of all important emails, the staff were under great amounts of stress due to the volume of customers in reception. My phone was booked in I received it back within one hour, All my data was still on the device the functions worked. I was offered a cup of tea and a slice of cake while I was waiting. I have read some negative reports about this business, I can only say that I and all other clients waiting that day were treated like film stars, the staff are excellent and one of the owners Caroline made me feel like I was family. Thanks Guys really proud of your commitment to customer service.
