I purchased a Samsung tablet and inserted the sim card incorrectly. I contacted Darro and spoke to Allan who was very friendly and professional.
i asked Allan if there was any chance of my unit getting repaired as soon as possible as i used my tablet for work purposes which he had no problem assisting me in the matter.
my tablet was booked in and a same day service was done.
Although i had to pay for the repair i was very pleased with the friendly staff who gave me a warm welcome and the quick service i received.
