Over the festive season, my son smashed the screen on my new 3D TV (my pride&Joy) upon arrival at the local Samsung agent DARRO Electronics Boksburg, I was greeted by a consultant named Venolia, she instructed a technician to carry the device into the business from my car, gave me a quotation on the spot which I excepted then instructed a technician to replace the screen while I waited in the reception area. I was offered a mint tea, within 40 min the TV was repaired bubble wrapped and placed back into my car.
