On 7 Jan 2014, my Samsung cell phone was dropped, I was devastated due to running my business on this cell phone line and requiring constant communication with my clients, I was given a referral to go to Darro Electronics in Bartlett Boksburg.
Well as I arrived at the store the cue was long and the first thing that entered my mind was I will be here for ever!
Each service consultant in the front was busy and management from upstairs came down and assisted each client in the long cue professionally we were all offered drinks, and were given a slice of birthday cake while we waited most enjoyed the treat, the Management named Caroline Jones assisted me and very helpful she was, booked my handset in and informed me of my terms and I was pleasantly surprised that my phone LCD was replaced immediately at no charge and left all in 35 min. I really thought this experience would be torture especially being the first week in the New year and I would have received excuses such as no stock, or would have to pay, and collect at a later stage.
