I and my boyfriend have tried numerous ways of contacting LG with regards to a phone cover for our new phones as seems that no one stocks it even though the phone is barely a year old. Over email they told us to contact Celcom on 011 357 8603 and they advised that the have no stock and do not know when there will be stock available. We advised LG of this and have had no response.
I then sent them a message on facebook and then wrote on their facebook page and got no response. I'm shocked at this poor customer care and poor product support and would not have bought into LG if I had known how poorly they treat their customers.
