SMART CARE!!! NO CARE

I booked in my phone for repairs at the Smart Care on the 28th of Jan. Up until now I have received no feed back from Samsung. I called their 021 551 5534 BUT NO ONE ANSWER THE PHONE!!! SAMSUNG SMART SEEMS LIKE THEY DO NOT CARE I NEED MY PHONE BACK . SO MUCH FOR EASING A CLIENT'S CONSCIENCE WITH AN ADH WARRARTY . PLEASE RESPOND AS I WILL BE TAKING THIS TO THE CONSUMER COUNCIL AS U CLAIM TO FIX THESE S4's BUT U DONT EVER BOTHER TO MAKE CONTACT WITH THE CLIENTS!!! WHY DO U CLAIM TO PROVIDE A SERVICE BUT U CANNOT LIVE UP TO THE STANDARDS. YOUR ICE CREAM SANDWICH IS MELTING I GUESS!!! 1
