I bought my Sony Xperia at lakeside mall. The phone is 5 months old. took it with on holiday got a few drops of water here and there. got back from holiday and the phone just stop working assuming it was software problems and got rude feed back from vodacom in lakeside mall. i didn't take it lightly and suggested they take this up with higher power because i will not settle for water damage as a fault for my phone seeing as it is advertised as waterproof (to an extend wildly unjustified) the technician still phoned me claiming water damage as the fault. i spoke to the in store rep from Sony and the only response i got fro him was O SORRY!!! didn't even bother to take my details or see if he can help. USELESS!!! JUST VERY DISAPPOINTMENT THAT THIS WORLD WIDE BRAND DELIVERS THIS QUALITY OFF SERVICE!!!
