On the 27 December 2013 I took my Samsung galaxy gear in as it was not charging, the person behind the counter said it would not take more than 4 days, 4 days later I went in and they said it can take up to 9 days, 9 days later I phoned and they said they had ordered the part and it would be done soon, on the 13th day I phoned and they said the technician only comes on 2 days. Well now it's been 3 days after I phoned and no one is telling me what's happening, all in all its been 20 days and I have still not seen my watch!! All that is wrong is the charging!!
