I purchased, and paid for a iRobot Scooba from the Have2Have online store on the 10/9/2013. When I took delivery of the item on the 27/9/2013 I tested the unit and found that it didn't charge. I informed Simon Swanich via email that evening and asked that he please assist. He informed me that he would speed order a battery from the US... Todate I have not received the battery, or any form of service from this company. I have had to follow up constantly, and when I attempted to find a phone number for this company, found that they had made it incredibly difficult to find - however I did contact them on (011) 682-2385 and spoke to Simon who said that if I wished to cancel, it would take up to 60 days to get a refund. I decided to wait for the battery, but it being the 12/11/2013 now, asked that the deal be cancelled and got the following from Simon: If you wish to cancel the order, please arrange it needs to be sent as received to the seller within 30days of delivery, for a full refund of the purchase price. As a shopping and delivery service provider, we sell no goods and thus cannot take goods back on behalf of sellers." I paid R8500 for a useless item and now cannot get helped
