Windows 8 doesn't detect v300

More than a year ago I visited their offices.
They listened to me, load the courses I wanted and had an attitude: I don't know.
Contacted them 8 months ago and the same attitude.
Now I cant contact them nowhere.
The V300 unit still is not detected by windows 8.
Please Please help
