Still no Windows Phone 8 App

Capitec already has an app for iOS and Android but still for Windows Phone (8), how can this be do they have something against us? FNB and Standard Bank both already have Windows Phone 8 apps. It has now been a while since they launched the other apps and still none for Windows Phone. And just telling me that it is a long and costly process to get a Windows Phone 8 app won't fly because I am myself a Windows Phone developer and know how easy it is to get an app, especially one as simple as Capitec's done for Windows Phone. Heck if they really want I can actually assist them with the making of it.
