With windows i bought from them made a deposit last year and told them i will need them this year, fair and all this time i paid finished the windows in July and told them i will need the windows by the end of Aug which a lot of stories came and promises made and now at the end of Sept and had to pay rental because the whole house doesnt have windows and nothing can be done unless the windows are put on, yes i do get the times when i call and they say hes busy but thats all. Thursday i asked them delivery of Sat because theres nobody at the plot and said hes not sure he could deliver on Sat because his guys doesnt want to deliver on SAT, really?
Should they continue to treat their customers that way they wont be referred to anyone, I know i wont and i did refer them and they never got back to that person and she went somewhere to get the windows and doors she wanted. Customer service and reliability.
