On Friday 3 January I purchased a cell phone through an online store I made my payment through berry direct site to ensure payment was immediate, I received confirmation that berry direct had been paid, when i entered the site a few hours later my corresponding order at berry direct was cancelled on Friday 3 January numerous attempts at communication have been attempted no one has replied please refund my money as this is now a transaction!!!
Till today Tuesday no attempts have been made to answer my numerous queries and requests
