John 'fixed' our DSTV signal problem but the following day, the problem returned. Despite numerous attempts to ask him to complete the repair, he has ignored me. In addition, he owes me for a new LNB that was paid for but never received.

The problem turned out to be nothing more than a tree blocking the signal. Thanks to Rob Moxey of Hillcrest Home & Entertainment for finding this out..
