I was given the number for Hosanna Satelite from Starsat. He was supposed to be an accredited installer. In October i called him because i was receiving very poor signal. He advised me to change my dish and lnb cable, this costed me R999. I agreed cause i thought it will solve the problem. I have been having endless problems after that with breaks in signal. Called him again and he says he has to realign the dish. Paid another R200. I am having the same problem. Tried calling him but he doesnt take my calls. Tried complaining to Starsat but im not getting any help from them either.
