I have had my Samsung Galaxy S4 phone for about 6 months. Initially, the problems I had with this phone were annying little things like the phone not keeping settings, delay in response times, etc. However, since the last couple of months, the issues have been more dramatic and worrying. The phone developed a heat problem i.e. the back of the phone heated up to such an extent I often had to take the battery out. I eventually took it to Samsung in Century City to have the battery changed. I was told the battery had been changed and initially it seemed the phone lasted longer than 5 hours without use and it was mildly warm. However, the problems returned such that I signed a new contract so to get the IPhone 5S, which I have been using. I put the S4 away. Because it takes great pictures and wanted to use it for its GPS when playing golf, I took it with me only to discover after 3 hours when I am ready to take phone, the phone has discharged all the power. And now, I notice a new and sleek interface with 3 dots bouncing on a lock and new weather settings. I tried to adapt the weather setting to centigrade and now the phone is a hot useless brick. Cannot access it whatsoever.
