I left my Sony Experia go at TN Hout bay on the 22nd November. On receipt of a text message to detail repairs I paid for said repairs (payment made on 3rd December). On 2 consecutive Wednesdays I was told by your call centre that my handset was on its way back to Cape Town. On Monday the 9th December I was promised I would have the phone in my hands by Friday. After several calls on Friday I was told not to call Sony any more and that I would have my phone when it was ready by a rather aggressive call centre manager. I don't know what to do next. In the last 6 months I have been without my phone for 9 weeks and 4 days (so far). The first problem, which took 6 weeks to resolve was an internal memory problem. and all this time I am paying for a phone don't have and internet I don't have.
