Disgusting Service!!!

I am disgusted with the service I have received (or rather not received) from your company. I dropped my Sony Xperia Z resulting in the screen cracking and unable to work (I take full responsibility for it). On the 3rd October I sent my phone to MTN Nonesi Mall in Queenstown. After a week I phoned them and they said it had been sent to Cape Town Sony to have a quotation issued. Week after week I contacted MTN in Queenstown and all they could tell me is that Sony hadn't got back to them. ONE MONTH LATER 4th November I get a phone call asking to PHONE SONY MYSELF as they have not been able to contact me. I find this impossible as all my details are correctly entered on my form from MTN. I contacted them on the 6th November and asked them to send the phone back as it was too expensive to fix at this moment. I was informed that it would take 2 days to return to MTN Nonesi Mall. It has been 3 WEEKS AND I AM STILL WAITING! I have friends who have had the same problem with Blackberry, Apple and Samsung and they all got theirs back within 2 weeks! Why is your service so bad! I will NEVER recommend any SONY products to anyone because of this terrible service!
