I am absolutely disgusted with the service and aftermarket service from Sony. I got a new Sony Z1 phone at the end of November last year (not even 2 month), on Monday the 13/01/2014 it started to overheat intensely and then it just shut down, the overheating has caused extreme physical damage to the phone and now it's not working. I tried to get hold of a repairs department to assist in what to do about this, but I was shunted around to 9 different number with no help (pathetic I think), the last number I was given just kept ringing for almost 30 min. This is absolutely pathetic... I was so eager to get this phone cause all I ever heard about this phone was good, but now I'm so disappointed with it I'm ready to never ever support Sony again... Please, please can somebody, anybody help as I'm paying a lot of money for a phone that doesn't even work and I'm very, very unhappy... It's really not acceptable and sad, I've always be a big fan of Sony, but now Samsung is looking to be a better option... Contact 012 810 0600 between Monday & Friday from 08:00-17:00
