We bought a lounge suite from Home Corp but after six months the seats collapsed and the suite was replaced with another, higher priced suite.
This suite is supposed to be leather but the 'leather' is extremely thin and not even close to the thickness of their colour samples in store. It has a tear at a flaw in the 'leather' of one of the back rests.
The reclining mechanisms is also of inferior quality and jams.
I personally advised Mr Govender that I am cancelling the deal and insist on a refund.
Mr Govender, after my wife also called him, became rude and slammed the phone down.
I have reported this matter also with the Consumer Council.
