Very BAD Service

Went to LG Montague (WCape) on Thursday morning 28th Nov. showed photo's of top loader as the Pulsator has broken off. They told me to bring it in which I did. Very welcoming and all smiles. Told it would be assessed, briefly shown what parts cost, paid R200 deposit. I was told it should take a day or 2. Called late Friday to find out progress. Told then assessments take 48 hours, someone will call on Saturday. Saturday, no call, Monday, no call. I called back on Tuesday (early) to find out what is happening. Lady replied, "i'm sorry Mr Newins, let me follow up for you and I will call you back, please give me you cell number". It's now Wednesday 10h42 and no one has called me back. My wife has now gone off to Laundry Mat to try catch up on our washing, go figure.
Disgraceful Service, why would I ever by LG again!!!
