I logged a service call for a fridge that is no longer working and to service a microwave oven two days ago, I have been pushed from pillar to post to try and find out when a technician will be out to attend to this? Nobody knows what is going on? They promised a technician will be out yesterday, and guess what still no technician and when I called this morning nobody can help me? I mean really when you are paying a fortune of money for a product and there no back up service makes me worry! PLEASE can someone assist me as I sit with NO fridge and all the food has spoilt waiting for a technician to rock up!
