Utterly poor service

I returned a faulty item and is was signed for by Simon just over 2 months ago. I have since sent several e-mails and submitted several "tickets" on their website requesting information on my replacement item.
I have received absolutely no response from him at all.
Terrible poor service and I will never deal with them again after being a regular customer of theirs over the years
