Item not delivered and no response

A simple piece of jewelry was ordered online.
The delivery date range Have2Have informed me of was 15th-24th January. It is now the 2nd of February and my item is still not even confirmed to be in South Africa.

Their customer support is ignoring my email queries and I don't know if I will even get the item I ordered
