After purchasing a deal including 'Christmas Gift', I've waited 2 months for the item, finally to be told that I need to pay duties for the item, duties costing 50% of the purchase price. Outside of the item being horrifically late, with absolutely NO communication at all after the purchase, there was no indication that I would have to pay any more than the deal price for the item.
Lets not mention that this was a 'Christmas Gift'.
I tried using the contact us functionality on their website to complain, and have received no response.
Feelings about this experience and company: Absolutely shocking, horrific, pathetic, embarrassed to have registered with them.
