Flaw in manufacturing

Have taken a S4 samsung contract 4 months back and has since caused me to realise after queing at vodacom repairs. The que on was in was all S4 samsung same problem the battery has expanded and the phone reboots itself on and off despite the 90 percent battery life it shows on the screen.

This is only a few months how often do we need to change battery as guarantee will soon lapse. Also this is not a quality ie poor manufacturing as a first batch is their campaign out for this phones which have a flaw.

One cannot compare to blackberry or sony for quality.
