BAD INSTALLATION BAD SERVICE BAD ATTITUDE

Desperately needed 3 air conditioners installed as a new baby arriving early in a very hot house. He responded immediately with a higher than other quotes, but gave a valid reason and could install straight away. The installation (while I was away) was done, but the house left absolutely filthy with dust and bad black stains on carpets in all bedrooms. I paid in good faith the full amount. When I arrived the main big airconditioner was not working. He would not take calls, and when I txt'd him, he responded via text - closed until 6 januarie - my husband and I tried phoning numerous times for at least a technicians number - he would not pick up the phone. I have subsequently got in my own technician (like gold to find this time of year) 1 he has done a "fix" as a unit as large as this should never be installed on a normal plugpoint, but go through the Distribution Board. It will never work like this. So, because of Dynamic's shoddy, bad installation, I am now having to now pay a premium to get the one airconditioner installed properly. Also, the pipes outside leak so badly they have to be opened up and checked as well.
