I purchased a twisp two-pack for me and my partner toda. I am very happy with the product and since buying it have not had any cravings. The total spend was R 1 419.00. HOWEVER, shortly after smoking it for a while I started to notice that I broke out in a red, burning, itchy rash. I am not allergic to anything that I am aware of. After consulting several sources of information about the sudden appearance of this spotty rash on my hands and forehead, it was found that product contains an allergen - Propylene Glycol. This is causing me a great deal of discomfort and irritation, as the rash is noticeable and painful. I consulted their website and FAQs, as well as the documentation that was included with product. NOTHING is mentioned about the fact that there are negative side-effects and possible ALLERGENS in product that may harm the user thusly. I am extremely upset about this fact, and I find that it has ruined my first experience with a brand that claims to be the most advanced and of the highest quality. WHY are there no warnings or contra-indications about possible ALLERGIC REACTIONS? I hope to seek some form of resolution when I visit the kiosk again tomorrow 24 Nov.
