Appalling Service Standards

After downloading the new software onto my Samsung S4, the battery would overheat and constantly switch off. It would restart 5-7 times before I can actually use it. I went to the this particular Brand Store to get it looked at yesterday, around 1pm. The consultant had informed me that my phone would be ready in 2hrs, I told her that I would rather come back the next morning as it was a 30 min drive to the store. I went this morning at around 9am, only to be told that my phone was not ready. I had spoken to a few people prior to speaking to the manager, when I asked each person how long it would take, times would very from 45 min to it only being ready at 4:30pm. The manager had said that it would take long to back the phone up, I asked why it wasn't even looked at in the first place & why no one had contacted me on the alternative number to say that there was even a delay, as the repair was suppose to take 2hrs. He poorly apologized & told me to return later. I refused and demanded my phone back as I'm leaving the country tomorrow. I would never recommend Samsung to any future clients, with all the problems with the actual phone and with such poor client services!!!
