Good Day
I recently purchased a aeg oven and hob for my new kitchen a few weeks ago the ovens thermostat broke the technician then said the part must be ordered from jhb and will take a few days then he will return and fix the stove. It is now going into the fourth week after a number of phone calls to aeg and to the supplier I purchased the goods and still no stove. No one has phoned me back or even offered to follow up where the part is or when it is arriving we have had no stove now for over a month and the reason why purchased aeg was for the good name is it associated with.
Needless to say this will be the last aeg procduct I buy.
