After numerous visits to the eastgate istore and still no solution to my iphone not locking screen on calls i book in my phone for diagnostics. On arrival (granted, 15 min late) the person to help me, Michael, first says that i will have to reschedule because i'm 40min late (actually 15) the i tell him i won't reschedule and he tells me i will. Long story short, he just didn't want to do anything to help me. I left the store vivid and refuse to go back there! Useless service from Apple!!!
