I took my tv in for repairs 1st Sep. 2013 don't forget the R400 deposit, Water would have called me that afternoon or next day with an update, I phoned him 6 days later. He was waiting for parts. I phoned him a week later again, he was waiting for parts. I phoned him again a week later; Walter said he is installing the parts. A couple of days later he was waiting again for the parts. After 5 weeks of chasing him I went to fetch my tv, he did not have cash to return my deposit. He took my banking details for an EFT. I phoned Water 4 times already for the refund, offered to come collect my money but... I am still waiting for my R400
Do not support this. I am going to lay a complaint according to the SA Customer Protection Act.
I took my TV to Hans TV repair company and it was fixed within 3 days.
