Don't want to return my money

Hello hellopeter, I have ordered bajaj parts from this company, after paying them, so I have waited for my parts to come and it did not come, so I went to fetch my sample parts and they did not want to give me cash back its r1500 when I phoned them 2 days after they said no that they have to go to the bank to claim back my cash, 3 days ater I stil don't have it more stories, so its been almost 3 weeks I don't have my money, I want it or steps wil be taken against this company, thank you for great service hellopete
