Poor service

I booked my tablet for repairs on the 22 October 2013, there was no correspondence what so ever, I had to keep on phoning and finding out whats going on. Then after 3 weeks I was told to come and collect my tablet as 'they say t'was repaired', on arrival when we tested with the consultant, t'was still giving the same problem. So we re booked it. After re booking it till todate I'm not getting any feed back. I called today they say next week, when I call nextweek they are going to say nextweek. job number 219003. I'm so dissappointed from samsung, coz the tablet is still under warranty and its not even a year old, I bought it from vodacomshop musgrave. Every month my data bundles are getting forfieted.
