Three weeks turn to 6

My phone fell the screen broke then my battery swelled up and the phone couldn't work anymore. I took it to Nashua mobile where I bought it and they said to take it to Samsung ADH since I was registered with the service and it takes less time there. So I took a day off from work cause ADH closes at 5 and that time I'm still at work. I took my phone in they said it would take just three weeks this is now week four going to 5 on Monday and I still don't have my phone. I've been calling them almost everyday for the past two weeks now and every time before I call I must first dial the number 7 times before they answer. They never get back to you as promised. Every time i call they don't know when the screens or batteries are coming just last week I found out I wasn't even booked for a battery. I don't mind if things are beyond your control and you can't do anything but the least you can do is call me as your client and keep me updated. This is such bad service I feel like taking my phone to my insurance instead of just waiting for Samsung ADH services cause if it means I'm not gonna have a phone for two months its definitely not worth it. I'm so disappointed
