Poor service

I got a new Samsung s4 through nashua mobile and within 2 months the battery gave in, I took it to Samsung in Boksburg for repair and was told in a couple of days about 3 it will be ready, its been 3 weeks and I still dont have my phone. Ive been there twice and called on numerous occasions and each time been given a different story and various promises and none have been fullfilled. The service there is sub-standard and the consultants are poor at that, should have rather got a Sony as reliability and service seems to be better, I know a few people who are also having problems with the s4 and also getting a poor response, I would expect better from such a well marketed brand yet they let there customers down.
