I bought two fridges from Sandton Game and collected the Fridges Wednesday last week only to find out that one fridge isn't working. I called Game Sandton and they said I can take the fridge to the closest Game for an exchange. I hired a bakkie and people to go do the exchanged only for them to be turn back and told that there is a process to follow and I will have to wait 48 hours from tomorrow to get a technician to look at the fridge before an exchange could happen. I explained that no one and no where in my receipt did it mention that a technician must check the fridge before it was exchanged. This fridge is new and if it's not working I do not want it cause there is something wrong with it CLEARLY! I paid people and transport upon info I got from Game stuff and i will not be compensated and now I have to wait for someone to log a call. This is unacceptable. When i bought these products no one said that if i experienced a problem i need to wait before I can exchange it.
This is the type of service that makes me want to return everything and go elsewhere for better client services. I am at a loss and these people are not recognizing my frustrations but telling me of procedure!
