Ordered and paid (R3, 804.62) for an item on 14 August 2013.
At time of order the estimated delivery date was Friday 23 August 2013 and Monday 02 September 2013.
Today is 15 October 2013, 6 weeks after the latest estimated delivery date and no word from have2have.
Have sent eight queries/complaints to have2have, with no response.
No explanation for delay, no apologies, no new delivery date, no offer to cancel order and refund, nothing... just silence. And gross incompetence
Lesson learned - don't use local online shopping sites. It's just not worth the aggravation.
They have SO much to learn from international online shopping sites.
