Wonderful experience

I called the call centre today because my TV was not recognizing the AV source. Nonhlanhla took my details and promised to call me back and True to her word, she did. She was very patient with me and walked me through the steps of resolving my connections. She did a great job considering that I was clueless as to what an AV cable is. Had it been me assisting, I would have lost patience and probably snapped at the customer.

Thank you Nonhlanhla for your patience and assistance. Your soft skills were trully visible throughout our conversation. I am totally technologically challenged and I was always afraid of switching brands as I was afraid I wouldn't cope. However, This phone call saved me money and time as I didn't have to get someone to come and fix what was eventually resolved over the phone. Samsung has totally won me over as a customer, I'm bought!!! I'm changing all my household products to Samsung because I know that assistance is just a phone call away. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
