I've been trying to get some info on one of your online products, but the online store email address has yet to be answered (about a week old now).

So I decided to make some calls today to your stores directly, the first put me on hold until I gave up and the second cut the call.

Appalling service aside; I decided to purchase online and take advantage of free delivery, only to find that there is no free delivery when you finally checkout. (and the T&C's link to free deliver doesn't go anywhere).

If you can't handle a digital store; don't do it!
