Ordered Skullcandy Headphones online on 01.12.2013. Advertised free delivery... was not available on check out. Selected Collect from Store (no store selection available) 03.12.2013 - Informed that they dont actually have what they advertised and sold me on their website, offered an alternative brand and more expensive. Contacted them telephonically... then they found it. To be delivered, free of charge on 04.12.2013.
Excuses and broken promises as of today, 12.12.2013 @ 13h50 still no delivery and their phones stay engaged. Tried to complete the contact form online... rejected as spam...
If you were thinking of using their online service... DONT DO IT!!!
